The latest version of Telegram gets a download manager. The app enables users to send any type of file up to 2 GB. These files can be accessed from any device with unlimited cloud storage. When the files are downloading, a new icon will now be shown in the search bar.
This icon will take users to the Downloads tab where they can pause and resume all downloads or individual items. A new attachments menu makes sending a photo or video a lot easier. The login flow for the app has also been revamped with smooth new animations.
According to the sammobile website Telegram on Android now has a semi-transparent user interface. Previously, it was only available on the iOS version of the app. When your Samsung device is turned on at night, the panels and headers for chat backgrounds, stickers, and media will have a subtle transparency effect while scrolling.
Minor enhancements include the ability to create a direct t.me link to your phone number, the ability to broadcast from streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit Broadcaster, and a new look for t.me pages.

Telegram has been updated to the new version 9.0.0 which brings new reactions emojis, smilies, and much more.

Starting from the infinite reactions, users will have access in single conversations to dozens of reactions (including those that were previously only available with Telegram Premium) through a special panel that expands and shows the most frequently used ones first. Premium users will also have more choices and will be able to add up to 3 reactions per message.
Premium users will also have access to the functionality starting today, allowing them to add an animated emoji to their name in the state, as well as specify how long it must be displayed.
And again, the news announced there is a faster system of access to the service for those who usually log out and reconnect frequently (with a code received via email or through the Google account) and a new format for the username link. (which becomes username.t.me ).
