Huawei has unveiled two new smartphones, the Huawei P50 and Huawei P50 Pro, both of which are well-known for their camera capabilities. To recall, on July 29, 2021, the Chinese tech giant Huawei has launched its new Huawei P50 series and we’ve seen two of the three versions so far.
The Huawei P50 smartphone comes with a dual ring camera configuration, HarmonyOS 2.0, a center hole-punch camera, and a slew of other impressive features. According to the official information, the Chinese tech giant has started rolling out the new firmware update for the Huawei P50 smartphone users. The all-new firmware has based on HarmonyOS 2.0 and it comes with version number 2.0.1.175SP3. Notably, this update is available for the Chinese units.
With the build number 2.0.1.166, Huawei P50 smartphone owners received improvements in the camera and system sections last month. As a result of these enhancements, users may now enjoy a better smart screen viewing experience as well as a better Celia keyboard experience. HUAWEI P50 KEY SPECIFICATIONS:
As per the specification concern, the Huawei P50 has a 6.5-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2700 x 1224p, 1.07 billion colors, a refresh rate of 90Hz, a high frame rate of 1440Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 300Hz.
This smartphone has a Snapdragon 888 4G octa-core processor and comes pre-loaded with the HarmonyOS 2.0 smart features operating system. In terms of storage, the P50 base edition comes with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.
The P50 has a triple camera system on the back that includes a 50MP True Chroma Camera (Color, f/1.8 aperture), a 13MP ultra-wide camera (f/2.2 aperture), and a 12MP telephoto camera (f/3.4 aperture, OIS, support AF). There are also digital, optical, and hybrid zooms, as well as an LED flash.
The device’s front camera is a 13MP wide-angle, f/2.4 selfie camera that can capture images with a resolution of up to 4160 x 3120 pixels. A 4100mAh battery, which enables 66W rapid charging, is also included in the gadget. WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, and a USB Type C connector are among the additional communication options offered by the device.

Huawei Home Storage Receives HarmonyOS 4.2.0.31 Update, Enhances WeChat Backup and Recovery Stability

According to previous reports by DNS and ithome, Huawei Home Storage began testing the WeChat backup feature in April this year. When paired with mobile phones or tablets running HarmonyOS 4.2 or higher, this functionality allows users to seamlessly back up their WeChat data, providing a more secure and convenient data management experience.
Huawei launched its first HarmonyOS home data center, Huawei Home Storage , in 2022 , offering 4TB, 16TB, and diskless versions. Huawei Home Storage also supports self-configuration, with a maximum support of 40TB of storage (20TB+20TB).
