The South Korean tech giant Samsung has started rolling out the first software update to its Galaxy Buds 2 Pro earphones. This is the first update for these earbuds, and it includes improved stabilization to improve your sound experience.

According to reports, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro’s first firmware version is R510XXU0AVI7, and the installation size is 6MB. In terms of new changes, the first update does not include any new features for users, but it brings better stability and reliability when easily paired with your device.

The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro supports 24-bit high-fidelity audio decoding, and the upgraded Samsung Codec (SSC) encodes and decodes the full 24-bit audio through the Galaxy Buds2 Pro to achieve 24-bit high-fidelity audio sound effects.

The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro supports intelligent Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and uses three sets of microphones with a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) to track and reduce external sounds, including soft sounds like wind. With voice detection, you can also easily switch to face-to-face conversation mode.

When the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) feature is enabled, it can provide up to 5 hours of continuous listening time and 18 hours of use with the charging case. According to Samsung, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro supports Bluetooth V5.3 and will eventually support low-power audio.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro also supports 360 audio, which is combined with multi-channel (5.1 channel/7.1 channel/Dolby Atmos) and Dolby’s head tracking technology to keep sound and motion in sync, creating a sense of immersion. When the charging case is opened, your Samsung Galaxy device will automatically display the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro signal and prompt you to tap to connect.
