As we all know that, Samsung is going to launch its two new foldable smartphones with the name of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3. We have been hearing a lot about these two smartphones even before their launch and the price as well as specifications have been launched.
Although the specifications of both these devices have been leaked not once but many times. Now just before the launch, the specifications sheet of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 have appeared on the internet. This time, the specifications of these smartphones have been leaked by Sudhanshu Ambhore through Twitter. So, now let’s check it.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 specification sheet leaked once again:
According to the information, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will come with a 7.6-inch inner AMOLED display that has a resolution of 2,208 x 1,768 pixels, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a layer of ultra-thin glass for protection. On the other hand, the cover display will come with a smaller 6.2-inch 2,268 x 832 pixels AMOLED panel which is also clocked at 120Hz and has the same properties as the inner panel.
The previous report suggested that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be powered by the Snapdragon 888+ chipset but now as per the latest report, this smartphone will launch with Snapdragon 888 SoC coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. However, one key has been considered wrong in this which is on the camera section, as per the sheet the Galaxy Z Fold 3’s 12MP camera sensor will be able to record an 8K video.
In the camera department, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will launch with a triple rear camera setup with 12MP cameras sensors and it comes with a few minor upgrades compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 2. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 will come with PDAF support on the ultra-wide-angle lens.

Now come to the Galaxy Z Flip 3, the smartphone will sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel clocked at 120Hz and a secondary 1.9-inch screen for notifications. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 will be equipped with a Snapdragon 888 SoC along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Also the smartphone will be backed with a 3300mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging.
In the connectivity options, the device will offer 5G (probably only sub-6GHz networks), Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 6. In the camera department, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 has to provides two 12MP cameras sensor on the backside for wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle photography. The primary lens has an aperture of f 1.8 and supports optical image stabilization. Also, the same thing is indicated in this smartphone which is the 12MP camera sensor will be able to record an 8K video. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 employs a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.

Until now, Samsung mainly provided DIY repair options for its regular smartphones, tablets, and laptops. However, when it came to the more intricate foldable models like the Galaxy Fold and Flip, the company limited users to professional repair services due to the complexity of these devices.
Now, in a noteworthy move, Samsung is expanding its DIY repair support to include its foldable models, starting with the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5. However, it’s important to note that, as of now, these new devices are not yet supported in the United States, and parts are not available from Samsung’s retail partner, iFixit.

HarmonyOS NEXT Lands in 2024: Huawei CEO Sets Big Goals
Huawei’s big boss just hinted at exciting new things for their software in 2024! Expect fresh products built on their latest HarmonyOS NEXT system.
During the Fan Club (Pollen) Annual Conference 2023, Yu Chengdong announced that Huawei plans to reveal several advanced products next year. He also predicted the launch of HarmonyOS NEXT products and improved native application experiences in 2024.
The CEO didn’t share when exactly the new software and native applications would be released, but we can anticipate the official reveal to happen in early 2024.
Huawei needs to make HarmonyOS fully independent and essential without relying on Android libraries soon. Hopefully, the company will speed up its efforts in the coming days.
Many app developers, such as Alipay, McDonald’s, HiPaint, Bank of Communications, and others, have joined native app development for HarmonyOS. The goal is to create a strong app ecosystem independent of Android and iOS.
Huawei is set to offer HarmonyOS-based courses, with approval for 55 projects and over 10 universities planning to launch these courses soon.
Huawei plans to introduce apps in more than 18 categories, focusing on digital and financial sectors. According to Yu Chengdong, these native HarmonyOS applications aim to be smoother, smarter, safer, and more comprehensive compared to iOS and Android.
