Huawei P20 and P20 Pro getting new firmware update with Celia voice, new apps and more
The Chinese tech giant Huawei has started pushing out the new software update for the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro smartphone users. The Brand has launched its P20 series line-up devices in 2018 and since the launch models have constantly got new firmware versions with new features and improvements.
However, the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro smartphones will get the HarmonyOS 2.0 update. Firstly, the Chinese variants will get this OS and after that, the global models will also adopt the HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system. According to the official roadmap, the testing version of HarmonyOS will starts in the second half of next year for the P20 models.
Apart from this, the company will launch the new series of P line-up, the P50 series will ready to debut in the market. Now come to the version point of Huawei P20 and P20 Pro, the company has pushed the new firmware with the new build number 10.0.0.190 based on Huawei’s Emotion – UI EMUI 10 while the package size is 512MB.
In terms of the features, both models have got the Celia AI voice assistant, new applications such as Huawei Book, Petal maps, Game Center, and Link Now apps. In addition, the new firmware update brings the April 2021 security patch for improving device performance and enhance users’ experience.

Huawei has started releasing the August 2022 security patch update for the Huawei P Smart 2021 smartphone. The latest update is based on EMUI 10.1 operating version and now it is available for users.
To be mentioned, the Huawei P Smart 2021 is still running on EMUI 10.1, which is two versions behind the latest EMUI 12, and the company has yet to release the EMUI 12 features to users. However, the security patch update improves your device’s security and resolves some lag issues.

Huawei has started rolling out the new firmware update for the Huawei Y8p smartphone users. The latest update is based on Huawei’s Emotion – UI EMUI 10.1 and the device users now receive the new build number 10.1.0.211.
The latest software update for the Huawei Y8p smartphone has come with a new January 2022 security patch that protects your device from unknown bugs and other threats.
