OnePlus 8 series new update comes with lots of improvements as well as May 2021 patch
Recently, OnePlus has rolled out the OxygenOS 11 open beta 10 update for the OnePlus 8, 8 Pro smartphone users. This update brings such as amazing feature which is Bitmoji AOD, increased smartphone security through the May 2021 patch and improved the devices.
Now, the company has again started releasing the new update for those users who have not participated in the beta program. The latest update comes in the form of the May 2021 security patch update for the OnePlus 8, 8 Pro and 8T smartphone users.
In terms of the build number, the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro smartphone users got the new build number which is OxygenOS 11.0.6.6 and on the other side, the new version number OxygenOS 11.0.8.12 (NA) and OxygenOS 11.0.8.13 (IN, EU) arrives for the OnePlus 8T smartphone users.
First, we talk about similar changes, the new update carries the March 2021 security patch update which is increased the smartphone security level. Also, it comes with several fixes such as screenshot capture failure from accessibility menu, low battery notification not working, newly captured photos not saved as expected, abnormal UI display in Guest Mode, contact card opening failure, and calling page not displaying during calls.
