Huawei terminal official Weibo warmed up Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 National Bank headset, saying that this is the world’s first TWS headset certified by HWA high-definition wireless audio standard evaluation, leading the listening quality in the wireless audio era, will be released on July 27. On July 13, the China Electronic Audio Industry Association, together with more than 30 domestic and foreign companies including Sennheiser, Goertek, and Huawei, officially released the ” High-Definition Wireless Audio Technology and Equipment Specifications and Test Methods ” (referred to as the HWA standard, Hi-Res Wireless Audio), this standard is jointly initiated by China Electronic Audio Industry Association and China Electronics Technology Standardization Institute to formulate clear standards for consumers’ listening experience of wireless audio quality, connection, power consumption, noise reduction, etc., which will enable high-definition wireless audio Experience approaching more consumers and continue to promote the development of the audio industry.

We know the outer packaging of the Chinese version of Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 exposed online shows that the HWA certification mark does appear, in addition to the Hi-Res Wireless certification.

According to reports, a single Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 headset weighs 5.9 grams, which is lighter than its predecessor (6.1 grams). In terms of acoustics, the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 is equipped with an 11mm unit with a frequency response range of 14Hz to 40kHz, supports Bluetooth 5.2 and LDAC, AAC, and SBC decoding, and is equipped with three microphones.

In terms of noise reduction, this headset supports noise reduction depth of up to 47dB, supports 3 modes – Normal Mode, Comfort Mode, and Super Mode, as well as supports Outdoor Awareness Mode. In terms of battery life, this headset has 4 hours of noise-canceling playback time and 6.5 hours of non-noise-canceling playback time, plus the charging case, a playback time of up to 30 hours. The Huawei FreeBuds Pro 2 is available in Silver, Ceramic White and New Silver Blue color variants with a price tag of 199 Euros or around 1400 Yuan.
