Get ready, Galaxy A34 gamers! Samsung is releasing the One UI 7 update, and it’s packed with cool, hidden tools for your phone’s graphics chip. Even though it took a bit longer, this update is a huge win for gaming, and it’s spreading far and wide.

The One UI 7 update for your Galaxy A34 does more than just make your phone look fresh! It also secretly adds “Vulkan” and “GPU Watch” tools. Gamers will love these for seeing how well their games are running. So, it’s not just a new look, but also a performance boost.

Samsung’s new One UI 7 update for the A34 makes your phone’s graphics (GPU) work better and lets you see what it’s doing. It now includes cool tools called “Vulkan” and “GPUWatch” so you can keep an eye on how well games and graphics are running.

GPUWatch, a handy Samsung tool, lets you keep an eye on your phone’s graphics. It shows you important details like how smooth your game is (FPS) and how much work your graphics chip is doing, all in real-time.

The GPUWatch tool can be activated on Galaxy devices through Developer Options. You can do it easily by navigating to Settings > Developer Options > GPUWatch. When enabled, it shows FPS, CPU and GPU load, ID, API, resolution, and driver type.

Get ready for better gaming! Vulkan is a new graphics technology that replaces the old one. It significantly improves how games look and perform, all while keeping your phone efficient.

Galaxy S23

Samsung is sending out its latest security update for the Galaxy S23 phones this July 2025. This update makes your Galaxy S23 more safe and works better, following similar updates for the newer S24 and S25 series.

This new update makes your Samsung Galaxy S23 more secure and work better. It improves things like your phone’s strong security (Knox), how it connects to your Galaxy Watch, your Samsung account, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and even the Emergency SOS feature.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 series, encompassing the S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra, is now receiving the July 2025 security update. This update, weighing approximately 430MB, brings new One UI firmware builds: S911NKSS6DYG1 for the Galaxy S23, S916NKSS6DYG1 for the Galaxy S23 Plus, and S918NKSS6DYG1 for the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Sticky live Notifications Arrive in One UI 8.0

One UI 8

Good news for One UI users! Version 8.0 polishes existing features, notably live notifications. These handy alerts used to vanish quickly, but with the new update, they’ll finally stay put, offering a more reliable and less fleeting notification experience.

Get instant updates with live notifications! These handy alerts display real-time information from key apps (like countdowns, timers, and recorders) in multiple places. You’ll find them on your taskbar, within your main notifications panel, and conveniently on your lock screen through the “now bar” situated between the shortcut buttons at the bottom.

Its unique UI design enables users to expand the view and interact with the on-screen options, like closing the current timer or changing the playback.

The live notifications look great in their own panel, appearing as a list. However, there’s a catch: hitting the clear button makes them vanish along with everything else, except for one stubborn notification.

When you clear the notification, the app itself keeps running in the background. But here’s the catch: the live notification disappears. To get it back, you’ll need to open the app again (like your timer).

This issue, where only music notifications stay put, was seen on One UI 7.0 devices. It didn’t matter if you had the notifications panel set up in a different way; the situation was always the same.

New Version:

That problem really undermined what live notifications are for: keeping you in the loop on background activities. But One UI 8.0 has fixed it, ensuring your live notifications now stay put instead of disappearing when you need them most.

Now, when you clear your notifications, these live notifications stay right where they are, even as others disappear. It’s a small but significant improvement the developers included in the newest One UI.

Samsung still gives you control: you can easily swipe away most live notifications. The only exception is music notifications, which require you to close the music app completely from your background apps. If you want any live notification back, simply reopen its app.
