According to the recently released Galaxy Watch 5 related reports and information from sammobile, Samsung may be planning to bring the ability to read body temperature in its upcoming smartwatch series. It is entirely possible.

A few weeks after this report, another report came. It claimed that Samsung wants to add this technology to its wearable devices, but it is experiencing problems with algorithms that read body temperature, so it may be forced to push the feature back to 2023.

Very soon Samsung will bring its Galaxy Watch 5 series to the market. But it remains to be seen whether this feature will be available on Galaxy Watch 5 at the time of launch. Samsung may launch the Galaxy Watch 5 series with a disabled body temperature sensor, meaning the feature will be available but Samsung may enable the module later through a firmware update.

On the other hand, some tech giant says that Samsung is preparing this feature for the 2023 smartwatch models and has no intention of bringing this feature to the Galaxy Watch 5.

The Galaxy Watch 5 charger model is ER-OR900, which matches the model EB-BR900ABY attached to the previous battery.
