A few days ago, there was a lot of discussion about the new features of WhatsApp. According to the recent 9to5 Mac news, WhatsApp has finally released the ability to react to messages. In addition to this feature, the company has also allowed groups of up to 512 people and is also updating the file size limit from 100MB to 2GB.

According to WhatsApp, “one of their most important requests was to add more people to the WhatsApp group.” Now users will be able to chat by adding up to 512 people at once.

As always, the company stresses the importance of creating a personal, secure, and reliable experience. This feature is rolling out globally, but users in Brazil will have to wait a few more months.

The company said:

“The final feature will be implemented only after testing in other markets, in accordance with our long-term strategy for Brazil only.”

In fact, with the presidential election due in October, it is part of Brazil’s High Electoral Court’s effort to curb the spread of fake news and misinformation through groups, as in other apps such as Telegram.

Additionally, WhatsApp users can now start sending files up to 2GB at a time within the app, protected by end-to-end encryption.

The company explained:

“This is an increase from the previous limit of 100MB, and we think it will help with collaboration between small businesses and school groups. We recommend using WiFi for larger files, and we’ll show a counter when uploading or downloading, letting you know how long the transfer takes.”

The Galaxy S20 series was launched in early 2020 with Android 10-based One UI 2 onboard. Samsung released the Android 11-based One UI 3 update for the phones in early 2021 and the Android 12-based One UI 4 update in late 2021. Now Samsung Galaxy Carrier-locked Galaxy S20 Series are getting June 2022 security patch update in the US.

As we mentioned, Samsung is continuously rolling out the June security patch update for its devices and we saw earlier in the month that Samsung rolled out the June 2022 security update for the international variants of Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra. was issued. But that update was limited to a few regions.

And last night, Samsung rolled out the update for the carrier-locked models of the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra in the US.
