Google Store begins to offer interesting bundles with Pixel 6 in Europe
Google Store is starting to offer a couple of interesting bundles to users interested in buying Google Pixel 6 and Google Pixel 6 Pro, even if unfortunately we Italians remain (for now) with a dry mouth. The official shop of the Mountain View House is offering the possibility of buying a Fitbit Charge 5 at a discounted price along with smartphones.
Google Pixel 6 bundled with Fitbit Charge 5 on the Google Store, but not in Italy
After the changes introduced in these hours starting from the USA, perhaps in preparation for the arrival of the highly anticipated Pixel Watch, the Google Store introduces another novelty. For the first time there are bundles for the purchase of Pixel smartphones and Fitbit products, to be precise Google Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, and Fitbit Charge 5 ( here is our review ), which allow you to save a nice percentage on the price of the smart band.
As you probably know, Fitbit was acquired by Google in January 2021 and some of the brand’s products started showing up on the Google Store a few months later, even in Italy. Although more than a year has passed since the conclusion of the acquisition, this is the first time that the Mountain View house offers a Pixel-Fitbit bundle.
Within the Google Stores of some European countries, such as Germany and the United Kingdom, it is possible to buy Google Pixel 6 or Google Pixel 6 Pro and Fitbit Charge 5 getting a discount of 72 euros:
- Google Pixel 6 + Fitbit Charge 5 at 756.95 euros (72 euros discount)
- Google Pixel 6 Pro + Fitbit Charge 5 at 1006.95 euros (72 euros discount)
The recommended list prices are 649 and 899 euros for smartphones, while the smart band is normally sold for 179.95 euros (also on the Italian Google Store). Unfortunately, as anticipated, at least for now this offer is not available in our country. To tell the truth, it doesn’t seem to be advertised that much even in the stores where it is available, since a banner is missing on the home page. However, within the terms, we can read that the promotion is valid until 12 noon on 10 May 2022.

You can now install and uninstall apps on your Android devices remotely using the Google Play Store. For instance, you can log in from your laptop to install apps on your Samsung smartphone. Moreover, the Play Store now lets you uninstall apps from one Android device using another. So, you can easily remove an app from your tablet, smartwatch, or TV directly through the Play Store on your smartphone.
Google has introduced a new feature in the latest Google System Updates, as mentioned in the changelog via 9to5Google. This functionality is now available on Auto, PC, Phone, TV, and Wear platforms. With the latest version of the Play Store (v38.8), you can remotely uninstall apps from any of these devices. The update is being rolled out gradually by Google.

To use the new feature, follow these steps explained by TheSpAndroid:
1. Go to Manage apps & devices > Manage.
2. Click on “✓ This device.”
3. Choose the device from which you want to uninstall apps.
4. The Play Store will display the apps installed on that device.
5. Select the apps you want to uninstall, click the delete icon, and choose Uninstall to remove them from the selected device.

Some Pixel 8 Pro owners have reported that round bumps have appeared on their screens. Bumps are visible at several places on the screen and it feels as if something is pressing on the bottom of the 6.7-inch OLED screen.
