According to a recent leak, the Galaxy S22 Ultra has a different design than its predecessor, the Galaxy S21 Ultra.
The new image of the Galaxy S22 series which is published by tipster @UniverseIce shows the screen sizes of the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and the Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphone. However, the published image is tempered glass that shows the size of the front panels of these three smartphones.
According to the report, the Galaxy S22 smartphone is expected to launch with 6.1-inch display size and the Galaxy S22+ smartphone will feature a 6.5-inch display. The premium model of this series – the Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphone will come with a larger screen size which is a 6.8-inch display. But the notable point of this image, the Galaxy S22 and the S22+ have curved screen corners, while the Galaxy S22 Ultra features sharper corners.
As we have seen so far, all the Galaxy S series smartphones have curved screen corners, while all the Galaxy Note series devices have launched with sharper screen corners. During the Fan Club (Pollen) Annual Conference 2023, Yu Chengdong announced that Huawei plans to reveal several advanced products next year. He also predicted the launch of HarmonyOS NEXT products and improved native application experiences in 2024.
The CEO didn’t share when exactly the new software and native applications would be released, but we can anticipate the official reveal to happen in early 2024.
Huawei needs to make HarmonyOS fully independent and essential without relying on Android libraries soon. Hopefully, the company will speed up its efforts in the coming days.
