Report: OPPO, Vivo and Meizu will go with HarmonyOS

Huawei is continuously working on its new operating system- HarmonyOS and trying to make it better and better. Recently, we saw the HarmonyOS and EMUI comparison video in which HarmonyOS give evidence of its superiority.

Then the tester has revealed the new video Harmony OS vs iOS 14 and in this video, we saw that the HarmonyOS slightly better to the iOS version. After the ban in the US, the Chinese tech giant Huawei is creating its self-developed OS version with the name- HarmonyOS.

The company will soon push this version to its Huawei devices but before that, we have seen much about this version and it literally better than the world’s most famous OS version Android and iOS. Now according to the latest report, the other Chinese tech giant like OPPO, Vivo and Meizu will adopt the HarmonyOS.

Oppo, Vivo and Meizu will Adopt HarmonyOS:

As per the latest leaks, OPPO, Vivo and Meizu are in contact with Huawei and talked of bringing HarmonyOS to their smartphone instead of the Android version. At the present moment Huawei HarmonyOS third-largest operating version in whole over the world but it will increase further in the coming time.

According to the past report, Huawei will explore the HarmonyOS 2.0 to its devices in the month of June and the first few selected devices will get this version namely Huawei Mate 40, Mate 30 and P40 series.

HarmonyOS adapting Qualcomm:

There was also news that HarmonyOS would work with Qualcomm, but this would only be for a limited time as there is a possibility in the future that it could be updated with MediaTek.

HarmonyOS Ecosystem?

As we have known that HarmonyOS not just for smartphones while it including smartwatches, smart-home products and more. Moreover, many other Chinese tech giants approach with the company to take this version in their devices for more great results. In the past report, after the iOS, HarmonyOS will take its place in the home-town as well as outside.

Huawei’s HarmonyOS 2.0 developer beta version comes with new changes as well as features that include user interfaces, added new applications, fixes known issues regarding health modes and optimization for Smart Assistant. In the future, we will see better results with this version.

Huawei might release their new Pura 80 phones around June.

The top-tier Pura 80 model is contemplated to continue the gift of high-quality camera systems,  supposedly featuring a large, one-inch camera detector for better low-light performance.This is earlier than some people expected, as it was thought the phone might be delayed to the second half of the year (July or later).

If it’s true, the Pura 80 series will still be late compared to last year’s Pura 70 series uncovered in April.The Pura 80 series would not be alone in this delay because Huawei is also plans to lunch the Nova 14 launch to the following month, which was primarily planned for April.

Battery Capacity:

  • Battery heat management and AI battery optimization.
  • Fast wired charging (possibly up to 100W or 120W) and wireless charging could be supported.

 

Today Update April 11:

These are  based on rumors and leaks. Huawei has not officially validated the launch date or the specific features of the Pura 80 series. But, given the trends and information available, the Pura 80 series is improving to be a strong opponent in mobile photography in 2025.

The Nova 14 series also assumed to come with new Kirin chipset, camera and HarmonyOS. while, none of these products are officially confirmed by Huawei.

Huawei: Two Flagship, One Mid-Range Mate-Pads Incoming.

A recent report show that Huawei is currently working on three new Mate-Pad tablets. Among these, two are expected to be high-end flagship models,  and other third are will be won range  and easy to buy them . These upcoming devices are look forward to quality and important improvements compared to their predecessors and will easily  run on the stable version of HarmonyOS 5.0.Huawei is currently testing two flagship and one mid-range tablet.All these products are good quality and affordable price .

The first model is a Kirin 8 series processor together with a respectively designed by 11.5-inch LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) display. It’s anticipated to be a mid-level tablet and part of the new generation of Mate-Pad 11.5 S devices.

For the mid-range mate we are expecting:

  • Good Display Quality:A vibrant display,possibly with a high resolution.
  • Decent Performance : A capable processor that balance performance and efficiency for every task.
  • Affordable Price Point:Competitive pricing we are easily affordable.
  • Stylus Support:it’s a made -pad,stylus support for drawing,painting,note taking are key feature.

This is expected to be a top-end Mate-Pad tablet that may lunched by the end of this year. Other features of these devices are currently unknown.

Another device could use a Kirin 9 series processor and a small, 8.8-inch OLED ( Organic Light Emitting Diode )display. It might be the supposed compact flagship Mate-Pad tablet. This tablet might have a new design with a wider screen (like a rectangle) that could be helpful for office tasks and work anywhere that we might .

This year, Huawei is promising to launch some extraordinary products. The Pura X is the first one in 2025 that’s really different, it’s old devices look and features that can do a lot of things.

We might see these tablets come out at the same time as the Pura 80 phone series and the Mate 80 phone series.
