Huawei’s application for the registration of the “Huawei Phoenix” trademark: International Classification for Scientific Instruments

According to the news on September 24, Tianyan Check showed that on September 15, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. applied for the registration of the “Huawei Phoenix” trademark.
The information on the page shows that the registration number of the “Huawei Phoenix” trademark application is 49755328, and the international classification is “09-Scientific Instruments” . Other details are temporarily unknown.
In the past, the naming of Huawei products mostly came from Chinese classical culture, such as Kirin, Hongmeng, Barong, and so on.
It’s worth mentioning that earlier news broke that Huawei is still developing its own programming language, named “Cangjie” (char), the creator of Chinese characters. Huawei has also applied for different types of Huawei Cangjie trademarks, but it has not yet Passed the preliminary review.
According to incomplete statistics, Huawei has used product names related to ancient Chinese culture including Cangjie, Kirin, Hongmeng, Kunpeng, Balong, Taishan, Lingxiao, Shengteng, etc.
There are also registered but unused ones: Zhuque, Tengshe, Qingniu, Qingxuan, Zhuque, Dangkang, Xuanji, White Tiger, Lingzhi, Gourmet…

The HarmonyOS 5.0 beta program is now open for the Huawei Mate XT. Huawei is inviting Mate XT users to join the program and experience the new software before it’s officially released.

For Mate XT phone users who have a special kind of software information (“log versions”), there are only 200 spots available.For Mate XT phone users who have a different kind of software information (“nolog versions”), there are 1800 spots available.
Just a friendly reminder for Mate XT (GRL-AL10) users: Before trying to install a new software build, please verify that your current version is 4.2.0.175. This baseline version is necessary for a successful upgrade.
Because this is a beta version, we strongly advocated creating a backup of all your data before you start the insertion. In addition, please ensure you have a minimum of 10GB of free storage available on your device.

Got a Mate XT foldable? You can sign up for the latest beta using the My Huawei app. Just open the app, go to ‘Me,’ then ‘Upgrade and Try,’ and follow the instructions you see on your screen.
After you apply for the beta through the app, there’s a review process. Keep an eye out for a “review successful” notification – this could take up to 14 working days as they process applications in batches. If your application is successful, you’ll see a “passed the review” tag, and the beta software will be on its way to your device.
